Photography Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the session.

Same-day bookings are accepted at an additional fee (subject to availability).

Bookings are confirmed only after payment and communication via email or DM.

All cancellations are non-refundable.

You may reschedule once, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given.

No-shows or late cancellations will result in full loss of the session deposit.

Photos are taken on-location only (no studio).

Each session includes 5 edited digital images.

Pricing is per outfit — additional outfits count as separate sessions.

Additional time during your session will come with an extra charge.

Edited images are delivered within 2–3 days via online gallery or email.

Express delivery is available at an extra fee.

Raw/unedited images are not delivered.

We accept high-quality photos taken by you or someone else for editing.

Rate: GH₵50 per image.

Results depend on the original image quality provided.

Basic retouching (skin, light correction, tone) is included.

Additional edits beyond your package or specific requests (e.g. background changes) come with an extra charge.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the location permits digital camera photoshoots.
